Fairly clean hotel with fabulous views, we think it's an excellent base for staying in Venice😃

I would recomand this beautiful historical hotel and would come there again. It was an excellent stay & location was strategic. Perfect and healthy meals. Had cold drinks in the snack bar. Venue was tidy, being near the beach.

The service was courteous, nonetheless some people working there were inattentive.

Welcoming staff, ideal location, large beds. Room is well laid out and decent. A clean beach, splendid view. Efficient hotel, 0.5 miles from Marco Polo airport.

Luxury hotel in a pretty quiet area just off San Marco as well as restaurants. Beautiful, beautifully designed room with private balcony and nice view and comfortable bed. Everything seemed perfect, clean. Plus there was a lake, within 5 minutes walk or so.

It was a very peaceful stay, would recomand this hotel. Calm property, good value, absolutely fabulous location and amazing bed. Delicious hot waffles, hardboiled eggs and cheese served in the morning. Polite, tremendously helpful staff were happy to help.

I loved my fully equipped room and the staff was very polite. Stunningly beautiful view, a little balcony, exceptionally comfortable bed, too. Restaurant was at a short distance from the hotel. Thoughtful customer service too.

Location was optimal, I loved experienced staff and freshly renovated rooms. The bathroom was luxurious with a Jacuzzi. The wine bar was fantastic and the drinks were complimentary. It was located near the beach.

nicely renovated lovely boutique hotel with quiet bedrooms. the place was a short walk to osteria da carla, where you can have dinner. very very good stay.

My experience at this absolutely charming hotel was good! Rooms were new-fashioned and perfectly clean, the staff was efficient. Peaceful location to a restored 15th-century palace. Reasonably large suite and comfy bed. In general the service was outstanding too.
